5. Site measurements
1) Measure the width (A), height (B), size of entrance (C), or height including the entrance (D) of the elevator.
6. Construction method
1) The mosaic products are manufactured using high-precision technology for assembly into a seamless design. Since it is covered with special tape and reinforcement film and packed in a standard size (900mm x 900mm), it can be immediately used on any construction site.
2) Since Integrated Mosaic products are made using special high-precision processing, it can prevent steel plate from corroding on the elevator floor and is easy to use for construction. Standard sizes are released in 900mm x 900mm and 1200mm x 1200mm.
2) Floor cleaning before construction
Since uneven floor surfaces and foreign substances can be passed onto the product, the floor should be cleaned before construction. Replace the bottom steel plate if it is corroded.
3) The floor plan indicated below can be found in the box.
Work should be conducted on the parts marked “site construction” in red (B, 3, C, 4, D) to match the size.
4) Carry out construction following the order
Start construction from A to #1 and #2.
Carry out the construction only for the part on the right and the entrance.
5) Complete construction
(1) Once the construction is completed, remove the reinforcement film and step on the floor material to check if there is any lifting or gaps.
(2) Since the side part of an elevator is not straight nor does it make a right angle, gather the floor material towards the middle so that there are no gaps.
Then, apply silicon on the side part of elevator.
(3) If there is any contamination on the surface, use a wet cloth or alcohol for cleaning.
